Comedians T.J. Miller and The Lucas Brothers to perform at UU’s fall comedy show

Comedians T.J. Miller and The Lucas Brothers will perform at University Union’s Fall comedy show on Saturday, Oct. 7 at 8 p.m. in Goldstein Auditorium, UU announced Tuesday night.

Tickets for the comedy show will go on sale Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the Schine Box Office and online at boxoffice.syr.edu, according to a press release. University Union and SU’s Traditions Commission will host the show as part of Orange Central 2017 homecoming weekend.

All Syracuse University and State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry students, staff and faculty can purchase up to two tickets with a valid ID. Student tickets will cost $5, faculty and SU staff tickets will cost $15 and public tickets will cost $20.

Known for his role in HBO’s four seasons of “Silicon Valley,” Miller was named one of Variety’s “Top 10 Comics to Watch” and Entertainment Weekly’s “Next Big Things in Comedy.” He plays the role as Erlich Bachman in the four seasons of HBO’s “Silicon Valley,” and he is featured on the big screen in “Deadpool,” “End of the World” and upcoming film “Christmas Party.”

The Lucas Brothers, Keith and Kenny Lucas, are comedians, actors and writers that starred in hit movie “22 Jump Street,” their own Netflix special, “Lucas Brothers: On Drugs” and Netflix series “Lady Dynamite.”



The 2017 Homecoming King and Queen will be crowned prior to the show at 7:30 p.m., according to the press release.
